Updated the "menu template" to install dropdown menu elements and added a slider object. Still lacking real keyboard/gamepad support, but otherwise working very nicely.

This is a template for anyone working in Gamemaker Studio (2.3 minimum) to just pop in a menu and go! Never again worry about menu work; it's done for you! Nothing in particular with this update.

This update  changes the OBJ_MasterControl object and adds a slider parent object.
